 With the changes in El Dorado Counties Fire Plan We are staying at the forefront of system design, implementation, and installation to meet the needs of the of our customers. With the varying size of homes throughout el dorado county the new plan does account for dwelling size. Each homes system design will be different from the next, which is why we are using the most technologically advanced pumping systems for these demands. The constant pressure pumps on the market today are the only pump that we have found that will meet and surpass the required flow rates and pressure rates necessary to fulfill the fire sprinklers that are being designed for the new fire prevention systems. Once the dwelling size is established your builder will contact the local fire department to see what the requirements for the structure are at that point your builder will contact a fire sprinkler installation and design company, then we come in once the required flow and pressure ratings have been obtained and make the supply to the fire safe system after designing based on the calculations from the sprinkler company. The design and installation of a fire safe system takes between 2 to 7 days once approved by the fire department inspector. If you are thinking of building we encourage you to look at the costs of fire sprinklers as they have never been a concern for home construction as a rule, also include the cost of the supply to the system.
